Your plan allows you to keep a certain number of distinct subscriber backups, over a period of up to 30 days. So if your plan has a 30,000 backup quota, that will let you keep 30 days of backups for a list of 1,000 subscribers, or 6 days of backups for a list of 5,000 subscribers. We automatically delete old backups to keep you within your quota.
At a minimum, you need a plan with a quota at least 2-3x larger than your subscriber count. The larger your quota, the more days of backups you can keep, and the more time and opportunities to recover lost subscribers you get. A quota 5-10x larger than your subscriber count is an optimal level of protection for most customers.
Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your current plan at any time via your account. You don’t even need to contact us (though we are happy to do it for you if you prefer). Billing is monthly, so there are no long contracts – you just pay as you go.
As with most SAAS (“software-as-a-service”) platforms, when you cancel your account, all your backup data will be deleted to comply with privacy laws. But don’t worry, you will have the opportunity to download CSV files of your most recent backup for up to 30 days before that happens.
